We aim to deliver bespoke beds within just 5 days, unlike the longer timescales offered by others. Delivery timelines may vary for certain locations or order types, and we will confirm your delivery schedule during your order process.

Yes, if you need to delay your delivery, please inform us during the order confirmation process. We will schedule your production and delivery accordingly.

If you need to reschedule your delivery, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid incurring fees. Missed deliveries can result in additional costs due to route planning and driver allocation.

Yes, we provide free delivery within our standard mainland UK areas.

For remote mainland UK areas, Northern Ireland, and the Republic of Ireland, a delivery fee applies to cover logistical costs.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a furniture removal or recycling service due to insurance and health considerations.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order for a full refund as long as it has not yet been placed into production.

Once the order is confirmed and production begins, cancellations are still possible; however, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. This fee covers the cost of reserved raw materials, administrative work, and processing time.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for made-to-order items once delivered unless they are faulty or you received an incorrect product.

Eligible refunds are processed immediately upon approval or once the returned goods are received at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method, and it may take up to 7 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
